What Is a Subprocessor?

A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that processes personal data on behalf of LLM.info to deliver specific functionality.

We engage subprocessors that meet appropriate security and privacy standards and, where required, are bound by data processing agreements.

Categories of Subprocessors

1. Authentication & Identity Services

Purpose: Account login, session management, fraud prevention

Data: Email address, authentication tokens, login metadata (IP, device, timestamps)

2. Hosting & Infrastructure

Purpose: Hosting services, databases, caching, search

Data: Account data, user content, operational logs

3. Content Delivery & Media Storage

Purpose: Serving uploaded media efficiently

Data: Uploaded media, IP address, request metadata

4. Email Delivery & Notifications

Purpose: Account emails and service notifications

Data: Email address, message content, delivery metadata

5. Security, Abuse Prevention & Rate Limiting

Purpose: Spam prevention, abuse detection, platform protection

Data: IP address, device/browser metadata, request patterns

6. Error Monitoring & Operational Logging

Purpose: Diagnosing errors and system reliability

Data: Error metadata, request identifiers, limited context

7. Analytics (Planned)

Purpose: Improving usability and performance

Data: Usage data, device/browser information

8. Moderation & Content Safety

Purpose: Detecting harmful or policy-violating content

Data: User-submitted content and submission metadata
