Advertiser Terms - LLM.info

1. Introduction

These Advertiser Terms ("Advertiser Terms") govern all advertising, sponsored listings, promotional placements, and paid content displayed on LLM.info (the "Platform").

These Advertiser Terms are entered into between the advertiser ("Advertiser") and Type B Media LLC, operating the LLM.info brand.

By purchasing, submitting, or placing advertising on LLM.info, Advertiser agrees to these Advertiser Terms, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

2. Advertising Products

Advertising offerings may include, but are not limited to:

Sponsored listings
Featured placements
Display advertisements
Promotional or branded content

All advertising products are subject to availability, placement limitations, and approval by LLM.info.

3. Content Requirements and Representations

Advertiser represents and warrants that all advertising content:

Is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
Complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines
Does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
Does not promote illegal, deceptive, harmful, or unethical activity

Advertiser is solely responsible for the content, claims, and representations made in advertising materials.

4. Review, Approval, and Disclosure

All advertising content is subject to review and approval by LLM.info
Sponsored or paid placements will be clearly disclosed to users
LLM.info may require changes to content to ensure compliance or clarity
Approval of advertising does not constitute endorsement

5. No Endorsement

Advertising or sponsored placements on LLM.info do not imply endorsement, recommendation, or verification by LLM.info or Type B Media LLC.

6. Payment and Refunds

Pricing, billing terms, and payment schedules will be agreed upon separately.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Fees are non-refundable
No refunds will be issued for early termination, suspension, or removal of advertising

7. Suspension and Termination of Advertising

LLM.info reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, reject, modify, or terminate any advertising placement at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to:

Violations of these Advertiser Terms, the Terms of Service, or applicable laws
Content that may harm users, the platform, or LLM.info's reputation
Legal, regulatory, or compliance concerns
Operational, editorial, or business decisions

LLM.info is not obligated to provide an explanation for any such action and will not be liable for any resulting loss, damages, or missed opportunities.

8. Indemnification

Advertiser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Type B Media LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

Advertising content or claims
Advertiser's products or services
Violations of these Advertiser Terms or applicable laws

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLM.info and Type B Media LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages related to advertising placements, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Advertiser Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
